Whole Mother Tea | Nourishment + Mood
A mineral-rich daily tea built for whatever stage of motherhood you're actually in right now, not just the fourth trimester.
Nettle, oatstraw, alfalfa, and red raspberry leaf lay the same nourishing NORA foundation as Nurtured Mama, then motherwort and lemon balm join in for steadiness and a lighter mood on the hard days. Think of it as your daily mineral tea, plus a little extra softness where you need it most.
About Each Herb
- Motherwort — Traditionally used to support emotional steadiness and ease irritability during hormonal shifts.
- Nettle — Traditionally used to replenish iron and minerals lost during birth, helping combat postpartum fatigue and depletion.
- Oatstraw — A calming, mineral-rich herb traditionally used to support a nervous system running on empty.
- Red Raspberry Leaf — Traditionally used to tone and support the uterus as it heals postpartum.
- Alfalfa — Rich in vitamins and minerals, traditionally used to support energy and overall nourishment during recovery.
- Lemon Balm — A gentle nervine traditionally used to ease tension and lift a heavy mood.
A Note on Lemon Balm
Lemon balm has affected milk supply in some breastfeeding mothers. If you notice a drop, save this blend for after breastfeeding has ended.
