$0.00
For the days when everything feels like too much, too loud, too many hands on you at once.
Nettle, oatstraw, chamomile, motherwort, and rose. A gentle blend built for stress and overstimulation in early motherhood, when your nervous system is running on empty and touched out isn't just a phrase.
About Each Herb

- Oatstraw — A calming, mineral-rich herb traditionally used to support a nervous system running on empty.
- Chamomile — Traditionally used to calm an overstimulated nervous system and ease sensory overwhelm.
- Motherwort — Traditionally used to support emotional steadiness during depleted, overstimulated days.
- Rose — Traditionally used to soften the heart and offer comfort through tender, overwhelming moments.
