Shipping policy

Made to order
Every book is personalized and made just for you, so nothing ships from a shelf.

Production
Your book is printed and packed by our print partners after you order. Production time depends on the print partner and the item.

Delivery
Orders typically arrive within 6 days of ordering, production and shipping included. Sundays and major holidays are not counted, so they can add time.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your book on its way to you.

Rush
Rush production isn't available right now.

Shipping cost
Shipping cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Delays
Once a package leaves our hands, we're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or severe weather. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at itsme@yourfriendhanna.com and we'll do what we can to help.
